This applies to all things, particularly the way we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. I have experience walking with individuals through a number of different concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal concerns, borderline personality disorder, substance use problems, and various adjustments and life transitions – all with a focus on building healthy coping and skills to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, improve mindfulness and build healthy relationships.” Pretty terrific, right? Ashley helps us all to remember what’s most important to us, and is a terrific model for living our lives in accordance with the values we cherish most.
As a mental health practitioner, I believe in helping people build a life that’s worth living. I also recognize that seeking therapy can be really challenging and a deeply personal journey. Therapy is a collaborative process and my priority is meeting individuals where they’re at, working toward the goals they have for therapy. It’s important to feel comfortable and to feel heard, so I aim to create a conversational, comfortable atmosphere focused on you!
