Reclaiming Politics: A Political Processing Group

Are politics stressing you out?

Have you felt anxiety about local or national politics?

Do you want to learn how to better process, cope with, and engage with challenging political landscapes?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our group Reclaiming Politics might be right for you!

This is a therapy group for adults of voting age (18+) looking for an affirming, restorative environment to process the current political system in the United States.

This group is open to a diverse population of individuals, which means political identities of other group members may differ from your own. Participation in this group requires each individual to be cognizant of varying belief systems prior to joining. The goal of the group is not to find “common ground” or sway others’ viewpoints, but to equip group members with tools to successfully navigate across the political spectrum.
