Psychotherapy Group (Previous)

This group was run in the Winter of 2023 and is unfortunately not in our current group rotation. If you are interested in working with the group facilitator, Britta, on these issues, please submit a service inquiry.

Are you looking to address various stressors in your life?

Would you like to develop better coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, or other concerns?

Have you had trouble finding a therapist with openings, but you need help now?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our group Navigating the World: A Psychotherapy Group for the New Year might be right for you!

This group is designed to offer an affirmative environment for individuals seeking to learn and practice coping skills for daily living. Sessions will be curated to meet each theme, borrowing heavily from creative modalities to offer opportunities for self-exploration, expression, and reflection. The focus of this group will be individual in nature, with members given the grace to work independently  with the option to share at the conclusion of sessions. See below for details and the link to register.
