Mindful Movement Group

Are you looking to add more movement into your routine? Or to incorporate activities that better support your mental and physical wellbeing? Our Mindful Movement Group might be what you’re looking for!

Participation is open to anyone in the community seeking an affirming collective of individuals working towards holistic health. From walkers to runners to anyone looking to add some extra movement into their lives, we welcome you. We will also supplement walks with occasional alternative movement options and take a deeper dive into all the ways we can support our own wellbeing. Ultimately this group is about community, and an opportunity to get outdoors for a little nature therapy!

Currently the group meets twice monthly on Tuesday evenings. One of the meetings will feature a group walk (or run, if that’s your thing!), and the other meeting will be a more casual group convening at a park or other location.

  • Size and ability inclusive
  • Ages 16 and up
  • Facilitated by Kindred staff & volunteers
  • Meet-ups will be in various areas around Lincoln
  • Completely free!
